Own the outcome
Carry work from the first question through production, customer feedback, and the final closed loop.

We are a small, flat team of healthcare operators and AI engineers building operational AI for US healthcare providers. The work is end to end, production-facing, and close to customers.
We hire people who learn fast, own the outcome, communicate clearly, and keep real-world integrations alive after the first clean demo.
Both roles are long-term, remote, and full-time. The first 90 days are a paid trial, and every working day requires at least six hours of overlap with US Central Time.
Own production systems across Python, FastAPI, React, AWS, browser automation, document intelligence, and EHR integrations.
Build real-time voice agents that handle calls, act in the EHR, and manage interruptions, telephony, escalation, and protected health information safely.
Linear Health sits above the electronic health record and automates the outbound work clinics still do by hand: referrals, prior authorization, scheduling, care gap closure, and patient outreach across voice, SMS, and email.
That means production systems, fragmented interfaces, regulated workflows, and customers who need a clear answer. You will be trusted with the whole problem, not a narrow ticket at the edge of it.
We move quickly, stay reachable, and close our own loops. Daily standup and a weekly team meeting are mandatory. Customer calls, emails, and presentations are part of the job.
Carry work from the first question through production, customer feedback, and the final closed loop.
Surface gaps, ask precise questions, and keep the team and customers clear on what happens next.
Use AI in the loop, write clear specifications, understand everything that ships, and debug it yourself.
Join calls, write customer-facing messages, and build around the operational reality of healthcare teams.
We listen for how you think, how clearly you communicate, and what you personally owned. There is no answer sheet to imitate and no drawn-out interview loop.
Show us the production work you personally shipped and the systems you owned.
Review a deliberately imperfect workflow and record a short Loom explaining what you see and what you would ask.
Meet the founder and three engineers for a focused, fast-paced technical conversation.
Offer or decline, you get a clear answer and know where you stand.
